Description: A RDV-006 (wide AM, flared designer's initials) die was used to strike this 1999 cent.  The RDV-006 design first saw widespread use in 1989.

Comments:  FS-901.  The RDV-006 was used exclusively on proof coinage after 1993.  A few dies from this design dated 1998, 1999, and 2000 were inadvertently used for business strikes.
