Value and Population

Reported by: George Allegado, Brian Allen

Comments:  Recently an EMDS specimen was examined and it proved conclusively that this variety is the result of damage to the die and NOT from an errant S mintmark punch.  The coin and photo was passed around to the die variety attributers and it was their unanimous decision to delist this variety from their files.
