Comments:  A recent re-evaluation of this RPM reveals that the apparent D mintmark is die damage.  The secondary image is plateaued at an angle and higher than the field. There is no evidence for a serif or a center hole.  Only 2 specimens have been reported and both were found in Mint Sets.
